Best Revdi in Lucknow

Best Revdi in Lucknow : I have heard this saying in my childhood, ‘Lucknow’s huts and Barabanki’s daughters are wonderful’, which means that the daughters of Barabanki were as wonderful, that is, virtuous and cultured, as the Revadi of Lucknow. Years ago, due to this saying, the people of Lucknow used to bring Barabanki’s daughter in marriage to their place. The second reason was also that due to the marriage, a relationship was established between the two cities and people used to bring and take away the fragrant Revdi here, which was then called Khutiya by most of the people, as a sweet. Gradually, the Revadi of Lucknow became famous not only around but far and wide.
